The PCS contract provides that Eagle Water
will pay the equivalent monthly costs for
operating all wells used for
depressurization of the mine floor, whether
or not the water is delivered to Eagle Water
for sale to its customers or not.
All costs of well installation and closure
are the responsibility of PCS.
